The winners of this year’s BMA/STA Photo competition were announced at the 2006 BMA Annual Representative Meeting in Belfast on 26 June. The winning photographs, on the theme ‘medical student life, at work, at play’, are shown below.

The overall winner was Neil Gupta who won a return flight to anywhere in the world. The three runners-up, Andrew Collier, Ker Shin Audrey Soo and Sam Grummitt each received a £100 STA Travel voucher.

Each of the four finalists also received a framed copy of their photograph and will have their photos published in Student BMA News and on the BMA and STA Travel websites.
