- It is anticipated that opportunities will exist for GP educators to be paid on a higher scale point for agreed periods, covering specific and time limited pieces of work .
- This enhancement may be applied to some or all of existing sessions by written agreement with the deanery.
- Annual appraisal of performance and professional development should include a review of the GP educators position on the pay scale.
