Focus on Quality and Outcomes Framework

This guidance document has been produced by the General Practitioners Committee (GPC) to help GPs and Local Medical Committees (LMCs) understand the changes and developments that have been made to the Quality and Outcomes Framework for the 2008-09 period.

The changes include removal of 58.5 points from the holistic points, patient experience and organisational domain, other changes to indicators based on the evidence review and expert panel recommendations, and some additional changes to the financial arrangements.
